Senior Infants, 2nd Class, 4th Class and 6th Class were busy last week partaking in all activities science related.
During Science Week, the children in 4th class visited the Science Campus at Maynooth University. They attended a science show called ‘The Scientific Dilemmas of Dippy the Dinosaur.’ Scientific Sue, with the help of some of the children, demonstrated some experiments based on digestion and the importance of teeth in the process. They also learned about the work of a palaeontologist and even examined some fossils.
