The children in junior infants, 1st class, 3rd class and 5th class, thoroughly enjoyed engaging in Maths Week this year. They worked together on board games, solving problems and using their maths skills to think strategically. They also experienced maths in the world around us with Maths Eyes, spotting patterns and numbers in everyday life. The children took part in maths trails around the school, discovering how maths really is everywhere. The boys and girls worked with lego, bee bots and even sang maths songs. It was a fantastic week full of learning and fun!
