The children had a really enjoyable time on their school tours recently. We made use of the wonderful local amenities here in Kilcock. The junior school (Junior Infants-2nd Class) went to Clonfert Pet Farm. They were able to pet and feed lots of lovely animals. They also managed to do a lot of other things on the farm such as jumping on the bouncy castle, playing some crazy golf and having fun in the playground. It was an exciting jam-packed day that the children won’t forget.
The boys and girls in the senior school (3rd-5th Class) went canoeing along the canal, played some water games and had lots of fun splashing in the water. They even had a picnic by the canal. Sixth Class took a cycle to Maynooth and had a picnic along the way. Please take a look at some of the photos from their fantastic day out below.
