It has been a busy few days of action at Scoil Chóca Naofa this week as students participated in the annual Sports Day. The Green School hosted their day of activities on Monday before the Orange School had their fun in the sun on Wednesday. The weather wasn’t quite as warm but it was another very successful day that was tremendously enjoyable. After a highly competitive day, the blue team finished as victors although credit must be given to all the students who participated with great effort and spirit. The teamwork on show in the wide array of events was lovely to see and proves that this particular group of children have bright futures ahead of them. To finish the day, the pupils enjoyed creamy ice-creams, the perfect reward for all their achievements. It was well-deserved. Ar fheabhas!
